Service & Mechanical Disclaimer

• Fixed Pricing: Our upfront pricing covers the scope of work defined during the on-site evaluation. Unforeseen structural failures or undocumented line additions discovered after work commences may require an updated price agreement.

• Hydro Jetting: This is a highly efficient method for clearing blockages. However, we are not liable for the failure of pipes that were structurally unsound or severely corroded prior to the cleaning process.

• Gas Piping: All gas work is performed with strict adherence to safety protocols and local Illinois codes. We are not responsible for utility-side pressure fluctuations.

• Sewer Camera Inspections: Our inspections identify the current state of the pipe. They do not guarantee against future clogs caused by prohibited debris introduced post-inspection.
